Lisa Rinna rocks hair transformation at Cannes Film Festival

Cannes, France – 21 May 2026

Lisa Rinna turned heads with a new hair transformation as she arrived for the first time at the Cannes Film Festival for the Global Gift Gala. Rocking a wet mermaid-inspired hair look, the bob was put together by Lisa’s friend and collaborator Johan Hellström, CEO and Owner of Swedish haircare and styling brand, Björn Axén. 

Johan commented: “I love exploring new ways to transform hair into a reflection of personality. For this look we chose a soft, wet mermaid bob for Lisa, inspired by the shimmering scales of her golden gown. We started working on the creative processs several weeks ago - first envisioning the wardrobe, then crafting Lisa’s hair to complement and bring the look to llfe.”

The look was created with the following Björn Axén products:

• Björn Axén Volume Hair Mousse to achieve the base
• Björn Axén Salt water spray in roots and lengths to add texture
• Björn Axén Fixing Hair Spray to complete the look and make it red carpet-ready 

As part of the process Johan also collaborated with Sofia Laskar, world renowned wigmaker.
